ESSI 20 Pre Cleaner and ESSI 40 Pre Cleaner are designed for mechanical pre-cleaning of cleaning textiles. They replace manual brushing, vacuuming and separate brushing devices with a closed, more controlled process.

Mechanical pre-cleaning makes the work less dusty, more efficient and more consistent. It helps washing machines work better, supports longer textile performance and improves cleaning quality.

ESSI machines use three-phase power, include a CEE plug and raised base, and do not require water or drain connections. A vacuum cleaner equipped with HEPA 13 filter is required and can be supplied with the machine.

THE OLD WAY: Manual brushing exposes workers to dust, takes time and can weaken indoor air quality. It may also lead to blocked machines or drains, poor washing results and higher maintenance costs.

THE NEW WAY: Place mops or wiping cloths into the ESSI machine, select the programme and start. While the machine pre-cleans the textiles, the worker can continue with other tasks. When the programme is complete, the textiles are ready to be moved to washing. Simple, efficient and less dusty.

Features and benefits

The ESSI machine has three programmes: 10-15 and 20 minutes. The electronic control panel guides the user and shows the remaining cleaning time. For the best results, the drum is filled no more than halfway. Loose dirt and dust collect in the debris container and are removed by vacuuming. ESSI is suitable for dry, damp and moist cleaning textiles, but wet textiles must not be placed in the machine. Microfibre binds dirt and dust between the fibres. ESSI pre-cleaning helps open the textiles structure before washing, supporting better washing results and longer textile performance.
By saving working time, supporting longer textile performance and reducing unnecessary maintenance, ESSI also contriputes to a positive carbon footprint in professional cleaning.

Meillä on ollut käytössämme nyt 7v Essi 20 Pre Cleaner kone, joka on ensihuollon jälkeen toiminut moitteettomasti. Laitteella on saatu hyvin metallilastut mopeista pois eikä konerikkoja ole laitteen käyttöönoton jälkeen esiintynyt. Olemme olleet tyytyväisiä Essi20 Pre Cleaner koneesees.

Asiakkaamme oli reklamoinut moppien puhdistustamme (harjaava kone) jo useasti työterveys- sekä hygieniariskinä. Asiakkaamme oli tutustunut Essi-koneeseen ja halusi sen myös kohteeseen. Ennen jouduimme huuhtelemaan jokaisen mopin juoksevan veden alla. Vettä kului paljon sekä työaikaa eikä tulos ollut hyvä sittenkään. Hankimme yksikköön Essi-koneen ja se on kyllä yliveto. Se puhdistaa mopit vaivattomasti ja tehokkaasti, aikaa säästäen eikä viemäritukoksia ole enää ollut. Mopit puhdistuvat nyt kunnolla pesussakin. Myös toiseen laitokseen haluttiin Essi sen hyvien tulosten perusteella.

Ennen harjasimme mopit lumiharjalla ja sitä pölyä ja roskaa oli joka paikassa vaikka toimintamme oli aluksi pientä. Nyt meillä on jo 140 kohdetta ja se olisi mahdottomuus puhdistaa mopit harjaamalla. Nyt pysyy tilat siistinä ja aikaa säästyy.

Pesukoneiden nukka-altaat olivat jatkuvasti täynnä, käytössämme oli imuri sekä harjaava kone. Essi-koneen myötä heti ensimmäiset pesutulokset kertoivat että mopit olivat todella puhtaita pesun jälkeen. Tällainen kone pitäisi olla pakollinen joka paikassa. Kommentti vuoden käytön jälkeen.

What connections does the ESSI machine need in a cleaning centre?

Only a three-phase power socket is needed. The machine is delivered with a CEE plug. No other connections are required.

What should be considered in the space where ESSI will be installed?

The machine needs a clean, dry and level surface. If possible, it is useful to leave some space beside the machine, depending on the size of the cleaning centre. A trolley with wheels and good erconomics can support the transfer of both dirty and clean cleaning textiles. The trolley can be placed next to the machine. Wide Clean can provide more detaildes guidance for the layout.

Does the raised base need to be ordered separately?

No. The raised base is always included as strandard in the machine delivery.

Does the ESSI machine need water?

No. The machine pre-cleans textiles dry before the actual washing prosess.

How is machine maintenance arranged?

The machine is reliable and designed for long-term use. If a problem occurs, Wide Clean provides waranty maintenance. Service partners in different parts of Finland can also maintain the machines.

What are the hairdressing end papers used for in the ESSI machine?

One pack of hairdressing end papers is always supplied with the machine. They are placed in the machine among the mops, where they help collect hair, fibre fragments and loose threads effectively.

Can the debris container be emptied directly into a waste pin?

For hygiene reasons, we always recommend vacuuming the debris container with a vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA 13 filter. If it is emptied by hand, it should be done carefully. Vacuuming is always the recommended method.
